This is the first reference to "MILLARD" that I can find. The Leshers were Mary Hawk's (my great grandmother, father's side) maternal Grandparents. Mary married Raymond DeWitt Hawk, so my grandfather was Millard Lesher Hawk, and I ended up with Millard DeWitt Hawk.
